Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vrema (the "Service"), operated by Jayson Feldman ("we", "us", or "our"), located in the Netherlands.

By accessing or using the Service at https://vrema.dev/, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Vrema is a time tracking tool that reads events from your Google Calendar and helps you organize them into projects, activities, and hours based on event titles and timing. The purpose of Vrema is to provide calendar-based time tracking without timers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service.

3. Accounts and Google access

To use Vrema, you must sign in with a Google account and grant the permissions we request, including read-only access to Google Calendar data needed for time tracking. You are responsible for your Google account security and for managing permissions you grant to Vrema.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, violate Google's terms, or abuse feedback channels. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

5. Your content and calendar data

You retain ownership of your calendar data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers, including Google, Vercel, Supabase, and Resend. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jayson Feldman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or fifty euros (€50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Courts in the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
